Protein Powder Mousse
Protein powder mousse! The perfect snack or dessert for those of us who have a sweet tooth. I have a few variations that I like. I always like to jazz the mousse up by adding topping like: blueberries, granola, graham cracker crumbles, chocolate chips, or even a protein bar that has been chopped up! The possibilities are endless, really.

These are my healthy chocolate chip cookies. I say "healthy", as they have cleaner ingredient than the store bought mixes or pre-made doughs. They are not low calorie! But it is not always about calories. Sometimes, it is about just making better choices when you want something as tasty and nostalgic as chocolate chip cookies. Let's Bake!!
