About the Recipe

I have been making protein pancakes since I was in high school. During college at Mississippi State, I would make protein pancakes for myself every Saturday morning after a workout or run. It was my ritual! Although I have never used a recipe for pancakes, I have decided to at least try to compile the ingredients that I always use with the relatively accurate measurements. That is the great thing about cooking and baking. Once you have done it for a while and know the science behind it, recipes are just suggestions! I hope every one enjoys these pancakes as much as me! Tag me if you post these on instagram! @talley_sara Stay Healthy, Y'all!
