I Know What That Feels Like—Because I Lived It.
Before I found true healing, I spent years stuck in cycles of anxiety, low blood sugar crashes, gut issues, and cystic acne. I was scared of my own body and deeply disconnected from it—trapped in body dysmorphia, perfectionism, and a toxic relationship with food.
I tried all the conventional solutions:
❌ Birth control.
❌ Accutane.
❌ Under-eating.
❌ Over-exercising.
And at my “healthiest,” training for triathlons and half-marathons, I was the most bloated, tired, hormonally imbalanced, and emotionally burnt out I had ever been.
The worst part? I believed the lie that feeling awful just came with being a woman.

Right before I got married, I hit my breaking point.
